From the astrological perspectives, Samsung’s strike seems to be closely related to the Saturn-Neptune cycle, and the severity of its impact is beyond our imagination. I believe that the South Korean president and government need to handle this incident very carefully, because mishandling it will not only affect the country’s economy, but also directly impact the government and may even trigger riots.

The Samsung general strike, starting May 21, 2026, is caused by a dispute over bonuses. Thanks to the AI boom, Samsung is making record profits, but workers are angry they receive much less than employees at rival company SK Hynix.

The Samsung strike could reduce South Korea’s 2026 economic growth by 0.5 percentage points, threatening billions in losses. In the IT industry, it risks cutting global DRAM and NAND flash supply, disrupting critical AI infrastructure. For the global economy, these chip shortages may fuel tech inflation and component price hikes.

Saturn – Neptune conjunction and Solar Eclipse chart

Comet C/2025 R2 (Swan) will reach its closest point to Earth on 21 October 2025, at a distance of 40.2 million kilometres (25.0 million miles) or 0.27 astronomical units. Therefore, it may be visible around that time.

The name Swan refer to “the Solar Wind Anisotropies (SWAN) instrument “, a camera on the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) spacecraft that detected the comet.

It’s very strange, and I couldn’t make it up. It could simply be a coincidence, but Comet 3i Atlas, an interstellar comet originating from outside the solar system, was suspected by Harvard researchers to be a UFO because its orbit nearly coincides with the ecliptic (shown in turquoise in the image).

I hadn’t originally expected it to be bright enough to be visible to the naked eye, but it has become brighter over the past few days, so I have started to pay attention.

However, when we calculated its orbit, we found that it was yet another comet close to the ecliptic, but in the opposite direction to 3i/Atlas.

Did you know? Comet orbits don’t always coincide with the ecliptic — they can appear anywhere in the sky.

It’s incredibly strange when they travel in opposite directions — maybe one is from the Empire and the other is from the Rebels?

As inflation is rising in the UK in November , the interest rate may not go down as expected. Although in the US inflation is also going up, but the Fed still cut the interest rate, which means there is a risk of inflation going up.

At the beginning of this year, while many people are expecting interest rate may go down continuously, but financial astrologers know that nope… this is not going to happen. In Syria’s natal chart it has Neptune conjunct the Sun, and we know as training Neptune is very close to 0° Aries (world axis, cardinal point) we will have Neptune conjunct the Sun in the Aries ingress chart for the next 3 years. We cannot ignore 2 points here: 1. It suggests that world leaders could be crazy, fanatical, idealistic or sacrificial or victimising. And second most important is Syria has Sun conjunct Neptune in its chart, astrology transit rules 101, when natal chart has certain set aspect, it will be activated when same set of planets form aspect in transit, in this case Syria is always sensitive when the Sun aspect Neptune.

Of course we should not judge a country will be in crisis when a set of transits happen, we need more evidence.

For example, Mars is stationary retrograde at the moment and it is right on Syria’s Pluto. We can notice the Sun Mercury opposition Jupiter around the AS-DS axis but note this is a midday chart so this may not be a valid argument point for some astrologers but we also notice Syria also has Natal Jupiter at 20° Gemini which it was triggered by transit Mercury Jupiter opposition and Sun Jupiter opposition. More important is the outer planets transit, this chart has T.Neptune opposite N.Neotune ( Neptune half cycle ) and it will soon have Uranus return T Uranus is on it’s Saturn and T.Pluto opposite N.Pluto.

Angular planets in the natal chart usually give us a crucial clue, if we look at the Aries ingress chart, Saturn is on Asc. Libra ingress chart has Pluto on Asc.

And the April 2024 eclipse chart in Damascus has Jupiter-Uranus conjunction. The October eclipse has Jupiter on Dsc.

South Korea declares Martial law

On Tuesday night President Yoon Suk Yeol declares martial law,

He claimed that the opposition parties are pro-North Korea forces, and the agenda of the National Assembly, which is controlled by South Korea’s opposition parties, has plunged the country into crisis. In order to maintain freedom and constitutional order, he has no choice but to take such measures. This is the first time since 1980 that South Korea has declared martial law.

Martial law prohibits the activities of Congress, local councils and political parties, as well as political activities such as rallies and demonstrations. All media and publishing houses are under military control. All medical personnel, including junior doctors, have been ordered to return to work within 48 hours. Violators of martial law can be arrested without a warrant.

Is this really aimed at North Korea, or is it a way for the president to increase his power? Because the Korean constitution says that ‘if more than half of the members of the National Assembly approve the motion to lift martial law, the president shall lift martial law’. At the moment, South Korea’s Congress is controlled by more than half of the opposition parties, which means that Congress can propose lifting martial law.

Leaders of both South Korea’s ruling and opposition parties have pointed out that martial law is wrong or unconstitutional and must be ended.
